Medic Alert Bracelet

A small medical bracelet, which monitors important vital signs of its carrier. The bracelet can be bought from two vendors in the 'verse: One in the Derrial Book Memorial Hospital, and one on the Guan-Yin. The bearer still has to visit a doctor to active the bracelet.
