- Syntax: +bed help
This command will show the following options and commands available, if you have a Ships doctor bed in your medlab.
- Syntax: +diagnose <name>
This command will list the current wound points (WP) of the patient currently in the bed.
- Syntax: +medicine <name>
This command will place your chosen patient in the doctor bed. Once the minimum time has been followed for allowance of healing and they leave the bed, the patient will be healed.
- Syntax: +surgery <name>
This command will place your chosen patient in the doctor bed. Once the minimum time has been followed for allowance of healing and they leave the bed, the patient will be healed.
- Syntax: +stock <bed>
This command will stock that particular doctors bed with medical supplies. You must restock the bed with new supplies between each patient.
Information
Only a character with a Medical Score of 30 or above may use the bed. The higher their score, the faster the bed will heal the patient. The Doctor Beds heal much faster than the hospital Intensive Care Units.
Medical Personnel can use either the Medicine Skill or the Surgery skill to heal their patients. The speed of healing for the patient in the bed will be dependent on the Medicine or Surgery score of the Doctor that places them into the bed with the +medicine or +surgery command.
The patient can not enter the Doctor's Bed. It is locked until the Doctor uses either the +medicine or +surgery command at which point the patient will be @tel'd into the bed.
The Patient will be confined to the bed - IE: Locked in - until the confinement time is up. Again the higher the Medical Personnel's score is the faster the healing time of the bed. You can simply 'look' to see how much time you have left in the bed. When the time is up, you simply leave the bed and your wound levels will be set to zero.

NOTE: You can use these doctor beds on yourself. It is going to be left up to you to rp this appropriately.
In addition the healing times are fast - yes. Again - it is up to you to roleplay your healing time in the way that you see fit.
