Synopsis

Yalana, one of the wealthier companions in her day, was born on Sihnon. She had always been a free spirit an believed each person should make their own destiny.

When her sons told her and her husband about joining the alliance, She - unlike her husband - cultivated their rebellious streak. It would prove a fatal mistake. She would never see her sons again.

She was both delighted and terrified when she found herself pregnant again. Even before cloe was born, her mother planned her future. Using her companion training, her mother slowly convinced her father to enroll cloe as a companion.

The father had been convinced.Yalana then allowed Cloe to explore her creativity and when she was twelve - she was enrolled into the Companions Guild Academy.
