Transmitter Upgrade

Before you, you see a circuit board for use in an iComm Device. This circuit board just need be inserted into the expansion slot of the iComm Device.
Command: com/upgrade # - this attempts install the upgrade in 'iComm - #' (by DBREF).
The upgrade increases the iComm's range by 100.
