This skill allows a Reader to simply "probe" the surface thoughts and emotions of a person within 20 meters of their location. They can not probe deeper into a person's memory though. An opposing roll to this would be willpower and if the Reader rolls a 20+ versus the willpower roll, then they can sift through the person's memories of the last 24 hours.
Note: You must be a Reader to learn or use this skill.
