Persephone Animal Shelter

The Persephone Animal Shelter is a no kill shelter that runs off donations. We have a list of animals that are waiting to be adopted. All animals (that are able to be) are spayed/neutered, updated on their vaccinations, and micro chipped before adoption.

Adoption Fees

Dogs: 80 credits

Cats: 60 credits

Horses: 3000 credits

Donkeys, Goats, Sheep, Pigs: 800 credits

Rats, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Mice, Rabbits, Ferrets: 50 credits

Snakes (Large): 300 credits

Snakes (Small): 80 credits

OOC NOTE

You are required to write the description of the animal if you want a description set on the animal item. If no description is written, then a link will be put in the description's place that connects to the picture of the animal.

There will be an undetermined amount of time before the item is created, as they do take some time in order to create.

You must either at the time have your Handle Animal skill set at the correct skill that is required for the particular animal (See: +help +animal) or begin to work on it once you receive the animal.

Pluto

Pluto is a year old male Shepherd mix. He is energetic and outgoing and likes to play fetch. Pluto's activity level and would need a lot of exercise.

Misha

Misha is a two year old female Australian Shepherd / American Bulldog mix. She is a sweet dog, loves to play, and gets along well with cats.

Dixie

Dixie is an eleven month old female Labrador/Pointer mix. She loves children, very smart, affectionate and easily trainable.

Lew

Lew is a two year old Shepherd mix. He likes to go on walks and is very well behaved. Lew is a calm dog who bonds quickly and loyally. Lew also enjoys the company of other dogs.

Jim

Jim is a year old male Shepherd mix. He is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly.

Flash

Flash is a three year old male Beagle. He is quite energetic, loves chew toys, and tends to be quiet most of the time.

Bentley

Bentley is a five year old male Cocker Spaniel/Poodle mix. He enjoys being on someone's lap, going for walks and playing ball.

Banny

Banny is a year old Beagle mix. He is intelligent, sweet, energetic and is very curious about the world around him.

Angelica is a female four year old cat. She enjoys lounging around, having her belly scratched, and sun bathing.

Augustus is a year old male cat. He loves to be scratched behind the ear, and to curl up on someone's lap.

Bacardi is a two year old male cat. He is a bit shy at first but quickly warms up to people.

Belleza

Belleza is a three year old female cat. She would do best in a quiet atmosphere, and enjoys lounging around with her people.

Blue

Blue is a six year old male cat. He prefers to perch in high places. He loves to be pet and curl up next to someone in bed.

Brenna

Brenna is a nine month old female cat. She is a bit shy, but quickly warms up to people. She loves to play with feathers.

Cheezit

Cheezit is a six year old male cat. He is a bit of a couch potato, and loves to be pet.

Chico is a two year old male cat. He is a calm cat, who also loves to play with toys on a string. He is well mannered and likes sleeping with people.

Fae is a six year old female cat. She is a sweet gal that has moments of shyness. She would do best in a calm household with adults or older children.

Frisky is a five year old female cat. She is a loving cat that enjoys children, and even dogs.

Jade is a seven year old female cat. She is calm, independent, and likes playing with ribbons and strings. Although she is not a lap cat, she is very loving and playful.

Kareem is a three year old male cat. He enjoys laying on laps, playing with other cats, and playing with toys.

Katie is a five year old female cat. She enjoys curling up on her bed for naps.

Kayla is a year old female cat. Her sister is Kizzy. She is very much a bundle of energy, she loves to play with toys, and other cats.

Kendall is a female three year old cat. She likes other cats, and prefers to lay around and be pet.
