Lock Picks - Mechanical

An assortment of small picks and wrenches for opening locks rolled up in a piece of cloth. These aren't worth much since old fashioned mechanical locks are rarely used where there is anything worth stealing. Still these would always register a person suspect should the law become aware that these were being carried.
SYSTEM: Having these Mechanical Lock Picks in your inventory adds a +20 to any applicable 'Security Systems' roll when used on a mechanical lock. These picks can be used ONLY by someone who already possesses the Security Systems at 30 adjusted or above. They can not be used by someone using Security Systems untrained.
