Rooke

Rooke
A mature oriental man of indeterminate age, Rooke is the proprietor of the Good Dogs! barbecue stand, which sells sausages, gyros and kebabs.
Specialty:
Dispensing tidbits of much-needed TP information, making any kind of meat taste good when served on a stick.
Location:
Eavesdown Docks – Persephone
Profile:
Rooke seems to be simultaneously watching everything and nothing that occurs around him. He is selective about whom he divulges information to, and will continue to cook and sell food even when being questioned. The only time he displays temper is when the quality (or origin) of his meat is questioned.
Mannerisms:
Rooke speaks in broken English but is fluent in Chinese. He rarely holds conversations with his customers, however, allowing the food to speak for itself.

Candice
Described as 'the buxom blonde barmaid', Candice works in the Captain's Retreat. Appearing in her mid- to late-20's, she is beautiful in an 'all-natural' sort of way, with long blonde hair and a slim yet shapely figure.
Specialty:
Handling a busy taproom with skill and aplomb
Location:
The Captain's Retreat - Persephone
Profile:
Candice never talks to people, at least not while on duty, so no one knows much about her. She shows unerring professionalism, evading groping hands and rudeness with preternatural ease as she fulfills drink orders almost before they're made.
Mannerisms:
Candice never speaks, making some people suspect that she might be mute, though she doesn't use conventional sign language. She almost always seems to be smiling, even when patrons of the Retreat get rowdy. She won't be grappled by wayward drunks and deals with such behavior with a firm but polite hand.
