Impax 'Tactical' Armor

Impax Defense Technologies is one of the premier manufacturers of armour and defense materiele in the 'Verse. The Tactical line of armour is a custom line of gear designed to provide excellent entry level protection for the high risk profession of Bounty Hunting. This armour is manufactured exclusively for the Bounty Hunter's Guild, under license from Impax Defense Tech. Constructed of tried technology, unlike some of their more advanced armours, this segmented armour is cost effective for those on a budget. This tactical system is basically sections of armour, held together by hook and loop fasteners, and by high impact plastic joints. The soft armour segments that strap over every part of the body are augmented by ballistic plates that fit in pouches over each area of protection. The segments are well designed to minimize the mobility impact while providing the best possible protection when on a hunt, or just doing escort and interdiction.
