Description	[[WeaponDescription::The MP5K compact submachine gun (K stands for "Kurz" which means "short" in German) is no more than a shortened version of the old HK MP-5 submachine gun from Earth-That-Was, with no stock and a vertical front grip instead of the more conventional forward rail. The MP-5K uses a similar stamped steel receiver, and the same plastic detachable trigger units as it's bigger brother which has long since stopped being produced. It's compact footprint means that it can be easily concealed under clothing, in a tool box, or in several special carry/fire cases. It's size allows high mobility in confined spaces and crowds, but for that mobility and concealability you get a short effective range of fire which is limited by the barrel length, and abbreviated sighting line, and the absence of a buttstock. This model is has been reproduced eliminating the full auto mode, and ships with a fifteen round double column magazine.]]
