Good Name: Under his hacking identity "Digital" Duncan is known to nearly every computer expert in the land. However, unless he's encountering someone via anonymous cortex connection, it's rare that he'll reveal that he is indeed Digital. He's too paranoid that there would be repercussions to his actions.
Insomnia: Stress is a great motivator, but a bad sleep aid. His long hours surfing the cortex mix with his near-constant paranoia to keep Duncan nearly constantly sleep deprived. He doesn't sleep often, and when he does, it's rarely deeply. He's the "keep one eye always open" type.
Paranoia: Depending on history chosen, Duncan either spends his hacking time trying to help the Alliance unofficially squash the bad guys, or he spends it trying to hack the Alliance so the bad guys can bring them down. Either way, he's always a bit nervous and looking over his shoulder to be certain that none of the people he is convinced are out to get him will actually manage to catch up.
Phobia: Duncan is terrified of public speaking. One-on-one conversation he can usually handle, but addressing groups leaves him literally speechless, no matter how prepared he is for the topic on hand. This most likely stems back to the stutter he's had since childhood and the mocking he's suffered because of it.
Total Recall: Just like the computers he loves so dearly, Duncan can store away and re-access nearly every bit of information he ever reads. He's got a pretty good memory for things he sees and hears, but once it's read, he knows it forever.

Equally impressive is his reputation as a hacker, though only those with the most extensive underworld background would ever put together that shy, stuttering Duncan O'Reilley is also the alter ego persona known across the cortex only as "Digital" for his brilliant and beautiful hacks.
