How Does The DBMH Protect Itself?

Given that the 24/7 charity clinic is located within the Spacer's District in Eavesdown, the downtown sprawl of the capital city of borderworld Persephone, a certain level of disorderliness and violent crime is a fact of everyday life. Moreso, since the clinic prides itself on its policy of accepting any and all individuals who are in need of medical assistance, regardless of their affiliation or walk of life. Injuries from assault and combat comprise a good half of the cases processed by the DBMH, and in the opinion of the clinic administration, that is quite enough to deal with without further incidence of damage to clientele, personnel, and property. Therefore, violent demonstration of any sort is prohibited in the DBMH, and enforced by four aspects of security:
