Chameleon Suit

This baggy set of overalls has clumps of fiber optic wires sprouting here and there. It certainly is an odd looking thing! It is made of a material whose color is nondescript when it's not turned on. The suit also sports a small computer and dozens of light sensors have been placed upon it. When activated the suit attempts to match its color to the surrounding area. It does a fairly good job if the wearer is standing still. If the wearer is moving, it is very ineffective.

SYSTEM:This effect adds a +10 to any covert rolls to remain hidden while unmoving. You can wear armor /beneath/ the suit, which would limit you mainly to Mesh. It can not be worn over bulkier armor. A duster is right out. This suit affords no armor at all on its own. To use it, you should have this item in your inventory /and/ have it desced. Then you add +10 to your covert/stealth rolls. Please note that this suit can ONLY be used by someone who already possesses the Hide Skill at 30 adjusted or above.
