Armand's Boutique
Armand's Boutique is an NPC Vendor on Ariel, located in the industrial district.
This boutique is like many others within this row of shops, small, yet tastefully decorated. There seems to be more space than the owner knows what to do with. Gowns, suits, and other such desirables are displayed upon mannequins or within glass cases. While much of the wares are along these lines, other things are offered as well. Yet all seems to be geared towards those in the upper crust of society. Sword canes, derringers, and even a collection of armor that a man could wear beneath a suit.
The owner of the establishment and his small collection of employees are always ready to personally help a customer and they try to aid in the welcoming atmosphere. A few chairs and lounges sit about the store, so that customers may rest themselves or even sit down for a chat. The lighting is kept to low, comfortable levels and the walls and storefront (though glass) are tempered to keep the noises of the Industrial District out.
