Ditch some old +help files: combat (group), +sheet/mail, etc. Ditto with
+sheet/mail global.
Chargen rooms, with variable exits to allow re-chargens for skills
Adjust FN_IsWeapon, FN_IsArmor, and all DB_* attributes on new system.
Open up new skills system.
