+sinfo +newskill
- Syntax: +newskill <name>/<Is Reader skill?>/<Can use untrained?>/<adjusters>/<desc>
This command allows an admin to easily add new skills to the skills system. Care should be taken to properly format the adjusters string. It should resemble the following string: 0.15_Dexterity 0.05_Perception
