Oscar can most often be found on Jiangyin where he seems to live, most likely in the Monastery High in the mountains as he is often seen in the company of members of the Phoenix Brotherhood.
People who attended the Halloween Party (2527) at the Helios Grand hotel, might recognise him as the Nekogami (Cat boy) that was seen in the company of two of the 'Princesses' first Iris then Lilac. On the second occasion he did a fairly impressive Acrobatics display.
When he's not on Jiangyin he can be seen in the company of his partner Elliot Hayes, Captain/Owner of the Ethereal Embrace.
Oscar was the youngest competitor in a Martial Arts tournament, held on Jiangyin and hosted by the Phoenix Brotherhood. Most of the other competitors were almost twice his age and although he was knocked out in the first round, he almost held his own suggesting he is probably quite good. (2527-2528) His preferred style is Long Fist Praying Mantis (pinyin: cháng quán tángláng) but he has also displayed training in Bāguàzhǎng.

Jade Tycho first gained notice as a Security Officer for Laurent McCain with Gaelic Gypsy Arms and as a Bounty Hunter with the guild. However, she's moved onto the Jia, doing much of the same work. It was here that she found out about her Romany heritage and why she unconsciously surrounded herself with them. She was once married to Sam Collins and has fought Frost in a hand to hand match, the video of which is for sale on the Cortex. She served as a Major in the Romany Marshals Service until it was disbanded because of cut funding and during that time posed in a pin up for a charity benefit. It is known that she reports directly to Yawvino, however, not much is known about what it is she does for him. She can often, and most likely be seen with her full body armor on, Skull painted and horned helmet. She's also known for her deadly skills with firearms, melee weapons, and hand to hand combat. She gets very touchy on anti Romany subjects and very protective of friends and family.
