Description

Flowing, wavy blonde hair frames a face expertly made up to accentuate green eyes, arching brows, and full lips. A light dusting of rouge pulls her high cheekbones into prominence, lending a heart-shaped appearance to her jawline, softening the one strong feature of her visage. She appears slender and lithe, wearing a dress with floating sleeves and skirt, but tailored in at the waist and hips to show her figure to its best advantage. The leather boots that almost reach her knee are more fashionable than they are functional, with stacked heels adding height so that she can look the average man in the eye without tilting her head.

Personality

Misty pulls off a devil may care attitude, doing what she wants, when she wants, where she wants. Her attitude is rarely serious, usually touching lightly on subjects, and skipping over conversation of herself, alluding to the fact that her parents were more interested in money than her when they were alive as a reason that she's really not interested in talking about herself and reliving that pain and disappointment. She seems intent on having pleasure with the money they left her, making spending money rather than making it the focus of her life, in a sort of rebellion.
She started smoking when she was thirteen in a bid to get her parents' attention, which was marginally successful, and therefore she continued. She is now at least a 'pack a day' smoker.

History

Misty's history is something that she prefers not to speak of.
William Anderson started his business as a scavenger, finding old parts that had been tossed out, and restoring them at little cost but selling them at a mark-up. Once he had seed money from this practice, he started a real business in 'procuring' items that customers wished to buy. His rapid increase in wealth attracted the attention of one Regina Violet Fuller. Finding they both had the same interest in making as much as possible, without regards to how it was made or where it came from, the two soon united in business and pleasure. Getting pregnant was not on their to-do list, and having Misty Verses, a name they chose when she arrived because they hadn't bothered to think about it, was a hiccup in their plans.
From the beginning, the expenses required to take care of her were pared down as much as possible, since it was considered there was no return on their investment, whatever money went in to caring for Misty didn't bring any money back. The only area in which they spent a decent amount of money was her education, since she could become part of the family business of making money when she was old enough, if she was smart enough.
When she was eighteen, William and Regina accepted an invitation to a dinner party held by one of their wealthier clients. The party was interrupted by a rival 'family' that had a dispute to settle. In the ensuing gun battle, the Anderson's lay mortally wounded. As the only surviving member of the Anderson family, Misty inherited their fortune. She began to indulge herself in the luxuries that her parents had denied her, and realized that she had an incredible wish to see the 'Verse, to travel and see new places. So she began going wherever the next shuttle would take her, and has been a feather in the wind since then, traveling light so that she can pick up and go when the whim strikes.
