This is a sleek, dark blue and green Firefly class multi-use transport.

History

Purchased by Roberto Chin shortly after his departure from the Commonwealth, the ship became his base of operations as he hid from public view and operated as a surgeon and medical expert under the Dumont Medical Services banner. 'Zang Fu' refers to a traditional type of oriental medicine, a herbal and medical theory that Roberto was exposed to as a young man.

Shortly before he purchased Ricochet Arms, Roberto hired Kate Murphy to act as his Cargo Master and XO aboard the ship. Eight months later, he promoted her to Captain, leaving her fully in charge of the ship's cargo operations as well as passenger trips and merchandise delivery. The ship is seen just as often on the Rim and Border as it is in the Core.

The Zang Fu is registered for cargo haul, with a MULE aboard and legitimately licensed.

Since its purchase in 2526, the ship has seen much of its interior remodeled to suit its current owner and make it more comfortable and accommodating for passengers and crew alike. The galley and medical bay have been modernized and outfitted with new appliances and the latest in medical technology (respectively), while the passenger dorms have been reclaimed from the realm of overflow crew quarters and brig, transformed into relaxing and spacious berths for passengers.

NPCs

The following NPCs may be freely used by the crew of the Zang Fu to fill in when PCs are unavailable or particular crew roles are not filled.

	Joe "Squint" Russell Job: Medic Bio: Joe's pinched features give him something of a perpetual squint... hence the nickname. Make no mistake, though, his vision is just fine. Joe's a veteran of the U-war, Independent side, where he served as a combat medic in some of the worst circumstances imaginable. He still has night terrors and suffers from PTSD. He may be a bit... twitchy, from day to day, but he's steady in a crisis and can sew a straight line. Most of the time.
	Madison "Bunny" McGuire Job: Jr. Engineer Bio: Bunny was born in the black, and while she's not any sort of mechanical savant she loves learning how things tick. She has no formal schooling in her trade, just an inquisitive mind and a fascination for things mechanical. When the ship is between Engineers, she keeps her flying... sometimes by the skin of her teeth. Bunny suffers from a mood disorder. Sometimes no power in the Verse can stop her from being cheerful, others... not so much.
	Kent Clarke Job: Security Bio: Kent comes from the Core, and he might as well have 'tenderfoot' stamped on his forehead but he's a crack shot and knows his business. He was hired on as security for Ricochet Arms' store on Santo, but was reassigned to fly with the Zang Fu a while back. He's thrown himself into the role of Rimwards gunslinger with a little too much enthusiasm. If his bandana is a little too crisp or his boots a little too clean... well... don't judge a book by its cover.
