Daniel Wallace

Short Conceptual: Captain of the Red Angel...A nice guy trapped in a bad situation... in love with many women...lost in the black.

Pre-PC History

Daniel William Wallace was known in the Core Worlds as an 'Advocate', a Lawyer who passed the Bar in 45 minutes, and in his short career, appeared many times before the Alliance High Court on Osiris, as they made decisions on important cases. He had a winning record, and played both sides of the Legal game, as a Primary Prosecutor, and Defense Advocate.

Which ever side his Masters in the Court wanted to win, in that moment, he would work for.

He left the High Court a few weeks after the war ended, and useing some of his contacts to get ship papers for a Saber Class Frigate, an Old Browncoat Warship, as a converted Cargo Vessel.

While Daniel maintains his License to Pratice Law with the Alliance, he took to the life of a Ship Captain very quickly and as not looked back often on that part of his life since departing it.

PC History

Daniel as contacts all over the 'verse, and maintains them at all levels of power he can find, be they legal powers or illegal powers, he seeks those with power, to a goal that is not always clear. Daniel as maintained a 'good name' in the core, in the rim and in the underworld, by simply managing his life in sections, it is known he is connected, and that he is an asset to have around, but few people know just how many people he knows, and what he does.

To the Alliance, he is a well known Lawyer who got tired of working in the grind of the courts, and got a Ship.

To the Companions Guild, he is a Gentleman Captain, and gathered some of the attention of, and respect of Guild Priestess' as an effective man for 'conflict resolutions' and reliable client and large financial supporter of the Guild itself. The Guild is connected everywhere, and it is possible someone is protecting him from inside the inter-workings of power in the Guild and by extension, the Alliance itself.

To the Underworld, he is known as husband to a crime-mistress, though their marriage and relationship is a complex one, he is also known to be able to move cargo in and out of area's most ships don't go for fear of being boarded and pinched. Recently, Daniel's Marriage to Lena Ramirez was ended by a quiet divorce filing with the Alliance Court on Persephone, November 1st, 2525. Full custody of the Twins, going to Lena.

He is also known to always have backup close at hand, and is a crack shot, when Daniel walks into a deal, he has at least 2 very skilled special operations people not far from hand, as well as a plan B and C if things go bad.

Managing all of those fronts for any one man is complex, and takes a lot of time, Daniel is never in any one spot for very long and takes great care at every step to make sure each side does not dig to deeply into his past, and if someone does, if he can't discredit them or reason with them, they quickly find themselves unable to offer any information to anyone, about anything.

That said Daniel is a kind sort, who will be very giving to those in need, it is widely known part of his code is; Always lend aid when called, and take nothing but friendship in return.

This creates many times when he is in conflict about who is the correct side to aid, and when to respond. Thats not to say Daniel is not seeking to maintain and explain his wealth, but he isn't of Noble Blood, in fact, it is Browncoat blood and flows though his vain's, and he will not let anyone forget it.

His wealth comes from his days before the Alliance Courts as an actor.

Yes, Daniel understood the law better then most, and his passion made it easy for the court to vote in his favor. The loop holes in the Law were few, but he knows all of them, but he started to understand the inter workings of the High Court was controlled by a few powerful people.

The Alliance Courts more or less decided the cases he handled before he even opened his mouth to speak before them.

Now, Captain Wallace is happy living his complex life, he seems really to love each part of it, equilly.

But as he has gotten oldder, its been much harder to maintian each part of his reputation, with each segment of the 'verse that knows him.

Daniel keeps a low profile, mantaining first and formost a honor bound outlook on those he deals with.

Alliance Parliamentary Gold Medal Holder

The Parliamentary Gold Medal is reserved for those who have exhibited courage under fire. This medal is one of the highest commendations awarded to non-Alliance military personnel.

The golden medallion is three inches in diameter and hung from a long, thick, satin blue and white ribbon. It is a brazen disk with the impression of the Alliance seal with a banner beneath that reads, in fine script, "For Service to the Alliance."

The back of the medal is smooth and scripted with "To Captain Daniel Wallace for Courage Under Fire. Thank you for all of your efforts. LHM Tacheu."

Character Description: Every Day

Daniel Wallace stands about 6 feet tall maybe a little less. His frame is well toned and obviously muscular. Dark brown hair adorns his head and is cut to a moderate length. His hair looks as though it would come down to. Just about his ears it if were straight. It is however, spiked up just a bit, it a bit of an unruly way. His skin is a light, natural tanned color and is flawless, aside from the short stubble that usually adorns his face. His features are masculine, yet there is an underlying softness behind them as well. Mesmerizing green eyes, a masculine jaw line and a well proportioned face is what makes Daniel an all around handsome, if not rugged looking young man.

Daniel is dressed in a white, button down shirt that has the top two buttons left open. The shirt is tucked into a pair of light tan khaki cargo pants. The pants look as though they are somewhat worn in more than a few places, however they do look to be rather comfortable. A few of the cargo pockets are in use. His pants are tucked into a pair of black combat boots which look as if they have seen better days. However old the boots are, there is a polish to them. The brown tool belt, and polished brass buckle visible at his waste, next to that is another brass buckle for his gun belt. Over the entire ensemble, Daniel proudly wears his browncoat. The coat is usually left open, showing his clothing beneath, though it does well to conceal the holster and any sidearms which may be kept within it.

Character Description: Formal Affair

Daniel Wallace stands about 6 feet tall maybe a little less. His eyes but a cool green and collected composure capable of holding back, whatever it is he may wish to hold, his tongue, or his fist. He appears to want something, but it is impossible to tell with him, as it goes with anyone else, what exactly he yearns after. He has a naturally slender build, his frame is muscular and defined. His dark brown hair looks well kept, cut short, in a crisp military style. His hair has a tapered appearance, shaped neatly above his ears. His sideburns are neatly trimmed, a clean shaven horizontal line ending at his ear opening. His face is always clean shaven, however it looks like keeping that way would be difficult, with his black stuble always ready to spring loose from his follicles. He maintains an air of dignity common among men.

Daniel is dressed in a fine, well tailored black tuxedo. The tux looks to have been taiolr made to specifically fit his tall and slim form. Black slacks cover his long legs, neatly pressed without a single wrinkle. Down the outside of either leg, directly down the middles is a stripe of black satin, that has a slight shine to it. Tucked into his slacks is a neatly pressed and crisp white, button up shirt. The buttons have been covered with black pearl button covers which are accented with small diamonds around the circumference of the pearls. At the neck of the shirt is a black bow tie, centered directly in the middle of his neck. Covering his shirt and coming down to just below his waist is a black, double breasted tuxedo jacket. The jacket is closed around his form and is accented with the same satin strip of material, as his pants. The satin runs along the outer edges of the jacket, where the buttons are. The cuffs of the jacket are accented with cuff links that match the button covers of his shirt. On Daniel's feet are a pair of highly polished, black dress shoes.

Daniel is dressed in a suit of full body armor, it is form fitting and black. The suit of armor looks to have been tailor made to specifically fit his tall and slim form. A pair of warn combat boots, polished with a high gloss finish. Over the armor was an open Browncoat, and across his back was a Steyr-AUG Assault Rifle, at his right hip was a Katana, and in a shoulder holster was a gold plated Starshot 50. This was Daniel full combat load out, and every weapon was in each, yet neatly stored on him. Even with all the gear, he still maintained an officer like air, not degrading into a hired gun.
